1. Who we are

Felnath Web (“we”, “us”) is a website, app, game and software development studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For the personal data described here, Felnath Web is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. Personal data we collect and why

We do not collect sensitive data such as financial account numbers, ID numbers or health information through this website. Please do not send them in a form or chat.

3. Consent and how to withdraw it

Before you send a form or share contact details in the chat, we ask you to agree to this policy with a clear tick or button. Your consent covers only the purpose stated above.

You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: email info@felnath.com, send “withdraw consent” on WhatsApp to +91 92747 61255, or use the request form. We will then stop using your data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example invoices for clients). Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

4. Who processes your data for us

We never sell or rent your personal data. We use a small number of service providers (“Data Processors”) only to run this website and reply to you:

• Hostinger – hosts this website and its server logs.
• Web3Forms – delivers form and chat-quote submissions to our email inbox.
• Email providers (Hostinger Mail and Google Gmail) – our inboxes, where enquiries are received.
• WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Transfers are allowed under Section 16 of the DPDP Act except to countries the Government restricts, and we will follow any such restriction. We may also share data if required by law or a lawful order.

5. How long we keep your data

• Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted within 12 months of our last conversation, or sooner if you ask.
• Clients: kept for the project and support period, and invoices and records for as long as GST and tax laws require.
• Server and processing logs: kept for at least one year, as the DPDP Rules require, and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of your personal data we hold and how it is used (Section 11).
• Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data (Section 12).
• Withdraw consent at any time (Section 6).
• Grievance redressal from us, and then from the Data Protection Board of India (Section 13).
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity (Section 14).

7. Grievance Officer

We acknowledge every request or complaint within 7 days and resolve it as quickly as possible, and in any case within 90 days as the DPDP Rules require. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its official website or app.

8. Security and data breaches

This website is served only over HTTPS. Access to our email and hosting accounts is restricted to the people who need it and protected with strong passwords. We do not store form submissions on the website itself. If a personal data breach ever affects you, we will inform you without delay and report it to the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Rules require.

9. Children

This website and our services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn we have received a child’s data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

10. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from our own server. The chat assistant uses your browser’s temporary session storage only to remember that you have already seen its greeting; it is erased when you close the tab.

11. Design demo websites

Our portfolio links to design concept websites (for example A to Z Liquors, Clinic, Volt Fitness). They are demos only: their forms do not send or store any data, and their phone numbers and addresses are placeholders.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell clients directly.
